Concierge works best for patients who are engaged, compliant with their protocols, and value personalized attention over volume of visits.

A few things worth knowing up front: Concierge means priority access with defined parameters, not unlimited availability. Spruce messages are answered within 24 business hours (not weekends, not within the hour). Complex questions still get addressed at your visit. Scheduling goes through normal booking, but you get first access to new openings. The doctors reserves the right to say "let's cover this at your next appointment" on any message they deem medically necessary. This protects the quality of care, and insures the doctors are able to think through and research your case thoroughly.
